2018 Race for Hope
For the fourth consecutive year, Share HEART in Africa has held a Race for Hope in Newport News, VA. We hold a 5K, 1 Mile fun run, and Virtual Run. Runners have the opportunity to fundraiser and we look forward to meeting new sponsors every year. All proceeds directly benefit children in Sierra Leone. Register today at RaceEntry.com.

Registration starts at 7:00 AM
Virtual 5K - $35
Race Day: All entries include one raffle ticket. Additional tickets will be available for $5 at the race.
1 Mile Fun and Interactive: 8:00 AM
All ages will love this 1 Mile fun run/walk

5K: 8:30 AM
Runners will follow a route into Mariners' Museum Park.
The first 1000 participant will receive a free T-shirt.
Each participant will receive a finisher medal.
Please note that the TOP three overall finishers Male and Female for the 5K events will receive a an engraved medal.
