Family and Community
We believe in creating a home atmosphere for each child in our care, with loving and secure relationships. It is important to create and maintain an environment that fosters love, respect, sharing, serving, participation, and fellowship.

Accountability
We believe we are responsible for our actions and the commitments that we make. This responsibility extends to the use of our time, effort, finances, and relational conduct. The guidelines for these areas of accountability should pay special attention to biblical standards. We are answerable to our board of directors and maintain a hierarchy of supervision.

Faith
We believe in placing our trust in God for His provision, direction and salvation. We are confident that a relationship with Jesus Christ is essential for genuine transformation. We are driven by a surety that does not rest solely on logical proof or material evidence.

Quality
We believe in developing effective strategies and policies. It is our desire that excellence be the hallmark of the care we provide for children, the way we develop programs, and the way we communicate our vision to the world.

Stewardship
We believe it is critical to handle every resource, including finances, in a responsible manner. People and property entrusted to us should be cherished and cared for in a way that is honorable.

Integrity
We believe in strict adherence to sound, moral, upright and undivided conduct in all our actions, including spiritual, financial, and personal pursuits.

Individualized Care
We believe in giving special attention to each person we minister to, being careful to find value in their uniqueness and differences. We desire to know our children by name and be driven by each child's needs.
